These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the AutoHash website, mobile application, and all services offered through our intelligent cloud-mining platform (the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AutoHash, you confirm that you:

2. Eligibility

To use AutoHash services, you must:

• not be subject to international sanctions or restrictions; and
  
  

• comply with all local laws relating to digital assets.

3. Services Provided

AutoHash provides users with:

• activation and management of cloud-mining contracts;
  
  

• real-time performance dashboards;
  
  

• account functions including deposits, withdrawals and referral tracking; and
  
  

• AI-based optimization tools for enhanced mining efficiency.
  
  

AutoHash may modify or suspend services at any time without prior notice.

4. Contract Performance and Reward Distribution ⚙️ (replaces “Profit Assurance”)

During the active period of any mining contract, AutoHash calculates and distributes mining rewards based on network conditions, hashrate allocation and system performance as defined in each plan.

Rewards are credited to user accounts according to the schedule set out on the Platform.
Actual results may vary due to market volatility, blockchain network performance or technical factors.

AutoHash will take reasonable steps to maintain stable operations but does not guarantee fixed profits or returns.
The platform is not liable for losses resulting from events beyond its control (e.g., system failures, cyber-attacks, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure).

5. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify AutoHash of unauthorized access.
AutoHash is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence or credential misuse.

6. Risk Disclosure

Using AutoHash involves risks including but not limited to:

• market volatility of digital assets;
  
  

• possible regulatory changes;
  
  

• technical malfunctions or network delays; and
  
  

• reliance on third-party blockchain networks and payment systems.
  
  

AutoHash implements risk-management measures but cannot eliminate all market or system risks. Users assume full responsibility for their decisions.

7. User Obligations

Users agree not to: engage in illegal activity; interfere with platform security; impersonate others; or violate laws or third-party rights.
AutoHash may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

8. Fees and Withdrawals

All transactions are subject to the current fee schedule displayed on the Platform.
Processing times depend on blockchain network conditions.
Users must ensure wallet addresses are accurate; AutoHash is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or third-party errors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including logos, text, images, and software) is owned by AutoHash or its licensors and protected by law.
Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Parties shall first seek amicable resolution; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to a competent UK court.
