All cloud mining contracts become effective immediately after successful payment. The system automatically deploys the corresponding hashrate and starts mining operations. Therefore, once a contract is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Users must carefully review all contract details — including contract amount, duration, and payout terms — before confirming payment. A successful payment indicates that the user fully understands and agrees to the contract terms.
In rare cases where a system error, network delay, or blockchain confirmation failure causes a mismatch between the payment record and the contract, AutoHash will, upon verification, assist users in completing contract activation or correcting payment status. The final resolution will be based on system logs and blockchain transaction data.
All deposits are made exclusively in cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.). Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is considered final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
Unused account balances that are not tied to active contracts may, upon user request and after verification that no violations or promotional restrictions apply, be withdrawn or internally transferred.
If any fraudulent behavior, duplicate refund attempts, or malicious activity is detected, AutoHash reserves the right to freeze the related account and associated assets.
In cases of temporary service interruption due to system maintenance, blockchain network congestion, or regulatory changes, AutoHash will provide equivalent hashrate compensation or an alternative resolution based on the situation.
All refunds (if applicable) will be returned in the original cryptocurrency used for payment, and processing time will depend on blockchain network confirmations and security verification procedures.
If a user violates the Terms of Service or engages in illegal activities (including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or system abuse), AutoHash reserves the right to deny refund requests and suspend the account.
